What pets do you look after?

Anything from hamsters through to dogs, including cats, rabbits and fish!! I will require as much information from you so I am able to make your pet feel well and truly at home.

 What areas do you cover?

I am based in Northfield, South Birmingham, everywhere within a 5 mile radius of B31 is included in the daily cost. Further than that it will be 50p a mile.

 Do you have insurance?

 Yes, I hold Public Liability Insurance.

 

 Are you police checked?

Yes, I am CRB checked and cleared.

 

 Do you have pets of your own?

Yes indeed! Since the age of one, I have always had pets. I am a massive animal lover and love them all!

 

 Do you have access to local veterinary practices?

Yes, I have a good working relationship with my local vets who have helped me with advice and support while I have been setting up my pet sitting services.

 

 Where do you walk?

I will take full guidance from you (and your dog) as to where they can go. I won't let your pet off the lead for insurance purposes but will have with me an extendable lead.

 If I can't get out will you take my pet to the vets for me?

Yes, I will come and collect your pet; stay with them throughout their examination; report back any findings/results to yourself and return your pet safe and sound to you. This can also be done if you are on holiday as long as you inform me when the appointment is.

 If I have to work late and it's a last minute booking, can you still help?

Yes, if you give me your keys and any security information you can call me two hours before you need me to go - providing I am free. The more notice I get the better.

 Can I make a provisional booking?

Yes, if it is for longer than 5 days. I will require a non-refundable deposit and I will need confirmation of the booking up to 4 weeks before you go.
